Excellent restaurant to dine on patio with your furry friend. Cuisine on the lighter side with good selection of salads . Recommend Azteca salad with grilled chicken. Kimmy gives 2 paws up.

We had an amazing experience at Sabor a Mexico! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—every bite tasted authentic and made with care. Our server, Jackie, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The service and atmosphere made the meal even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food with outstanding service!

Absolutely wonderful service and a fantastic variety of food options! Also, they were very accommodating for vegetarians. Definitely try their margaritas...! Glad that we discovered this West- End San Rafael gem!

Fantastic! Happy hour. Typical but very good street tacos. The Salsas are some of the best I've ever had. The first wedge salad I've ever seen in the Mexican restaurant. Lots of blue cheese and a couple deep fried jalapenos slices. Fantastic for the price. $8 margarita good . Definitely going back.

I have eaten in dozens of Mexican restaurants in Marin and Sonoma counties and I think this is the best of all. Delicious salsa. Great chips. They have lengua and they do it to perfection! Delicious margaritas. Reasonable prices.

We got a Mezcal Margarita, a Pineapple Margarita, the Shrimp and Crab Enchilada Special, and the Carnitas Estilo Michoacan. The Margaritas were good, very sweet. I didn't love the Enchiladas but they were unique. The Carnitas were good, but I was expecting them to be juicer. The sides everything came with were great. Loved the cheese and even the beans were toothsome and tasty. The chips and salsa were definitely home made. The Service was great. They checked in on us and gave us plenty of time while we figured out our orders. They bought us refills of chips and salsa as needed. We also asked for additional tortillas and cheese and we heard our waitress run straight to the cooks and verbally ask them for it instead of going to some kind of kiosk and letting a ticket print out for them. The outside and inside were clean, modern, and well decorated.

Amazing margaritas! The 5 street taco plate is really great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. There was a band playing and it made the visit just perfect. Definitely a great place to eat and have a good evening.
